All purchases for courses and coaching packages are final and non-refundable.
Online Courses
Once you purchase a course and receive access to the course materials via the private Telegram channel, you have received the full value of the product. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any course purchases.
1-on-1 Coaching
Our coaching packages are based on the time and expertise of our coaches, which is reserved for you upon purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for any coaching packages once the service has commenced, which includes the scheduling or completion of your first session.
