After purchasing, you'll receive access to your coach's calendar to schedule sessions at times that work for you. All sessions are recorded for your reference.

You'll have access to your coach via a private Telegram channel for quick questions and updates between sessions. Your coach will also provide you with action items and resources to work on, and you can share your progress for feedback. The level of between-session support varies by coaching package.

Yes, we understand that coach-client compatibility is crucial. If after your first session you feel your coach isn't the right match, we'll help you transition to another coach at no additional cost. We want to ensure you get the most value from your coaching experience.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual sessions. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session. For program cancellations, we offer a prorated refund for unused sessions if you need to end your coaching program early.

The duration of coaching packages varies based on the specific program. Most of our packages span 3-12 months, with sessions scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your needs and the program structure. The coaching period begins from the date of your first scheduled session.
